I'm not sure if I should log my long runs as easy miles if they felt much more threshold, so I guess if I get a barrage of comments regarding how I mis-logged it, I'll know.
We woke up at 6 am today to make it to the Mahomet course. Great hills (see the entire mile I encluded), but they really made me sore today at my jobs.
Four miles was a little bit beyond what I knew I could do, so I was nervous about today. Dad even told me (because I had gagged and dry heaved and retched more times than I could count this morning) that I could stop at 2.6, but for some reason, I kept going. (maybe insanity is hereditary).
Anyway, it was slow going (about 12 minute miles), but I did it, and to be honest, that's what it's all about. [hokey pokey] |
